This policy explains what information SheGrows AI collects when you use our WhatsApp service, how we use it, and how we protect it.
توضّح هذه السياسة ما هي المعلومات التي تجمعها «شي جروز» عند استخدامك لخدمتنا على واتساب، وكيف نستخدمها، وكيف نحميها.
Who we are
SheGrows AI is an internal programme of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Egypt. It provides free agricultural advice to women farmers through WhatsApp (+20 10 9536 2425).

«شي جروز» هو برنامج داخلي تابع لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة (الفاو) في مصر، يقدّم إرشادًا زراعيًا مجانيًا للمزارعات عبر واتساب (+20 10 9536 2425).
Information we collect
To answer your questions, we collect only what you send us on WhatsApp:
- The messages you send — text, voice notes, and images.
- Your WhatsApp phone number and the name shown on your WhatsApp profile.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
للإجابة على أسئلتك، نجمع فقط ما ترسله إلينا عبر واتساب:
- الرسائل التي ترسلها — نصوص، رسائل صوتية، وصور.
- رقم هاتفك على واتساب والاسم الظاهر في ملفك الشخصي على واتساب.
How we use your information
We use your messages only to understand your question and give you accurate agricultural advice. FAO agricultural experts may review a conversation to help answer difficult questions or improve the quality of the advice.
كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
نستخدم رسائلك فقط لفهم سؤالك وتقديم إرشاد زراعي دقيق لك. وقد يطّلع خبراء الفاو الزراعيون على المحادثة للمساعدة في الإجابة على الأسئلة الصعبة أو لتحسين جودة الإرشاد.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share it with advertisers or any third party outside the FAO programme.
- We never use your information for marketing.
ما لا نفعله أبدًا
- لا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا.
- لا نشاركها مع المعلنين أو أي طرف ثالث خارج برنامج الفاو.
- لا نستخدم معلوماتك لأغراض تسويقية.
Storage and security
Your conversations are stored securely within FAO systems and are accessible only to authorized FAO staff and experts working on this programme. We keep your information only for as long as it is needed to run the service.
التخزين والأمان
تُحفظ محادثاتك بأمان داخل أنظمة الفاو، ولا يمكن الوصول إليها إلا من قبل موظفي وخبراء الفاو المصرّح لهم العاملين في هذا البرنامج. ونحتفظ بمعلوماتك فقط للمدة اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة.
WhatsApp and Meta
This service is delivered over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Your messages are also handled according to WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy, which is separate from this one.
واتساب وMeta
تُقدَّم هذه الخدمة عبر واتساب الذي تُشغّله شركة Meta. وتُعالَج رسائلك أيضًا وفقًا لسياسة خصوصية واتساب نفسها، وهي منفصلة عن هذه السياسة.
Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time by no longer sending messages. To ask what data we hold about you, or to request its deletion, contact us at info@shegrows.com.
